Actually NASA sends up the U.S. astronauts and supplies to the International Space Station via Russian shuttles.. What they need to do is design build a ship that’s better than the old shuttle designs..
Its really the end of an era with the last shuttle launch. Hopefully one day the US can get back to being heavily involved in space exploration.
