Mara Jade Skywalker didn’t have to die at the hands of Darth Caedus.
It was a wasted empty death…
Lucas Licensing apparently allowed this disaster to happen and now we should call on them to reverse it. The Sith have the power to bring back the dead and so too then does the Force.
Whether it is Ben or Luke Skywalker or even someone else I don’t care. I just want Mara Jade back.
To that end we here at ShowMeSciFi have started a petition to Bring Back Mara Jade.
Please sign in and together we can be THE FORCE that will bring Mara back.

Jacen is not more than a cheesy sith-wanna-be. I can tell you exactly why: Because of his sacrifice. The little coward didn’t have the balls to immortalize his true love, instead he came up with killing Mara as a lame excuse. Therefore he will never be a true lord of the sith.
And I’m really looking forward to the jedi-councils decision that he no longer needs his head. Shouldn’t take them long now to figure that out.
hes cheesed out on his sacrifice because he is hans kid. he cheated like han would.these bastard writers better not kill kyp or corran. luke puts kyp in charge of the problem called jacen so i ASSume they go at it. and kyp and corran havent really teamed up ever as a two man team so i forsee a 3way fight coming and im pissed.
I believe that Han is going to be the one to take Caedus out. Keep in mind that there are Sith on Koroban and, they will be a factor. Boba, Jedi Councel, Han and Leia, Ben, and Tenal Ka, they all want a piece of Lord Caedus. Who will it be? Hummmmm?

hey,ive not posted anything before but am a huge star wars fan,especially the solo/skywalker clans but as far as im concerned Kalira on post 11 had it spot on. the fact we are still talking about this topic months after the fact shows this plot twist was extremely effective. who wants to be certain that all the main characters will get home safe and sound after every book/series? im personally so much lookin forward to seein how the series progresses and to the monster battle which is sure to come between Luke and Caedus. hopefully luke will be clear of mind and actually finishes Caedus off this time,and please dont redeem him that would be such a cop out.
Well, think about it…Han Probilly *IS* going to kill Caedus…He did shoot first! π

I couldn’t help myself…I bought Inferno hoping to see that Mara retern to the Force….She did. Good-Good…. I still wish she could be revived! Luke is in denial and thinks that Mara went into the Force when Jacen came as a sign she wants them to be friends…Ben is like< “No, Dad!”
Yeah, Mater Skywalker did have the wrong idea about Mara vanishing into the force when she did and, Ben was telling him that’s prop not the case but, I think after the end of Inferno that Luke might be changeing his mind. If anyone has read it, you know what I’m talking about. After seeing what Caedus is capable of I have to say that there should be little doubt that Luke will put the last pieces of the puzzle together. Keep in mind that now, is not on Caedus’s side, at lease not the people closest to him ( Family ). He has been deserted by all but one and that last one probaly has know idea of what is really going on. I’m refering to his daughter.

Honestly i cried when Mara died. It was necessary. I mean how else will this series continue? Mara survives Jacen is redeemed Luke becomes close to Ben and yipee life gos on in the galaxy. Oh ya i know anikan can return from the dead, get over it, Mara is dead!
oh rite, don’t count my post as a vote, and allan i really find tht offensive, most of my knowledge of the EU is from wookipedia!
