Finally!
Stargate is back!!
After we lost Stargate Atlantis the universe has been a dark place with no Jaffar, Wraith or other races to watch week in and week out.
Now Stargate Universe is finally on – tonight.
Will this just be the Stargate version of Star Trek Voyager? Early trailers make it look a whole lot darker, but the similarities with Voyager cannot be overlooked.
A ship stranded far from home with a commander determined to bring them back. Let’s hope the show producers keep it fresh, give us some of our regular Stargate goodness and a whole lot of new stuff.
We can hardly wait.

I hope this new series is as good as the two previous ones.
So I’m not the only one thinking Voyager, but I’m still hopeful this new series will deliver. They have a good cast, and I so have been missing my Stargate fix. I did a little tribute to the franchise in honor of tonight’s premiere, so I’ve gotten myself quite excited for something new.
Oh SG-1, you were a generation of awesome.
Looking forward to the show being better than the pilot which is often the case. The only character I really liked was the kid who figured out the video game.
