The thin red line…wow.
Daybreak, Part 1
Instead of Galactica going out with a whimper she will go out with a bang.
Instead of limping away to try and find a hiding spot for humanity.. Galactica will make one last attack against the Cylons.
It is as it should be.
The show will end will on big final battle to end all battles between the Cylons and the Humans and Galactica will go out in a blaze of glory with her guns firing into the Cylon beast.
Just awesome.
Not so sure about all the Caprica flashbacks in this episode – neat to see that Caprica 6 cared about Gaius’s dad..the other stuff…not so sure.
The red line across the dead was a brilliant dramatic angle for sure too.
And when did Tyrol end in lock-up? sure he belonged there but…
Hard to believe that after all these years we’re almost at the end – even harder to believe that the end WASN’T Earth but is something else…likely the death of the Battlestar Galactica itself and everyone on it.

Show Me SciFi 
I can see it now! All of the humans will be killed and Cavil will realize that he has destroyed his future. But on a lighter note, before season 4.5 (5) started the impression I got from the actors was a teary ending. This is going to be either “really” “really” sad, or one of those moments where you say “ahh….it makes sense now. I cannot see how this is going to wrap up in one more episode unless there is a fatal ending. Of course, there is that Kata issues. She has a part to play. Maybe she will make the “wrong” choice? Or the correct one? Who knows. I am starting to get confused.

I think the Caprica flashbacks were meant to show how far the characters had come. Especially in the case of Lee, where in one scene you see him stumbling and drunk, chasing a pigeon with a broom and smashing furniture in the process; in the next scene, he is the effective President of the Colonies, organising the evacuation of Galactica.

Am I missing something?
How did Adama get the location of the Cylon Hive? I didn’t think any of the 5 knew the location because Cavil had moved the hive?
