Sure it’s a big budget Hollywood blockbuster now – but what about the original hard cover graphic novel?
IT’S AWESOME.
First off Dark Horse has printed this in a landscape format which i’ve never seen before for a graphic novel – sort of like widescreen for comics. The story is pretty straightforward of course..it’s the art that sets this apart.
Some might keep a book of Monet prints on their coffee table – on my table (for now at least) it’s 300 all the way.
It’s not madness it’s Sparta – as drawn by one of the greatest artists who ever lived Frank Miller.
