After some 80 episodes of Battlestar Galactica we‘ve come to a conclusion –
EVERYONE IS A FRAKKING CYLON.
The first three seasons we spent trying to find you who the cylons were…
We thought we had them all until Season 4 rolled around and we found about the final five.
Then we find all the final five but we still have other – cylons don’t we?
Starbuck for one right?
Then is Season 4 episode 18 Islanded in a Stream of Stars Roslyn has the dream with Hera in it again ..
Is President Roslyn a Cylon too then?
Going even deeper, Baltar calling out Starbuck as an ‘angel’ ..maybe Baltar is right?! Maybe all the colonies were in fact cylons and all can be resurrected somehow.
Maybe there is another planet that they’ll find at the end of the series in which all those that we thought were lost will be found again.
Well Baltar injected Roslyn back in the seasons with blood from Hera, so i guess that’s the reason why she feel the need to protect it, and thats the reason why she is in this dreams/projections.
[…] even had any new visions to dissect. I did read an interesting opinion posted in the comments at Show Me Scifi, that Roslyn is able to share the visions because of Baltar injecting her with Hera’s blood a […]
Look to the words of the watchtower song:
“No reason to get excited,
The thief he kindly spoke.
There are many among us,
Who feel that life is but a joke
But you and I we’ve been through all that
And this is not our fate.
So let us not talk falsely
The hour is getting near”
Wouldn’t it just piss you off if the end of the series was a camera panning back to reveal millions of milky ‘Hybrid Bathtubs’ filled with ‘Humans’ – all plugged in AKA Matrix style and serviced by Toasters? That the entire Cylon war was a virtual war? And that it was all a dream …and that Bobby is alive and taking a shower……..
I figured they where all Cylons from around the third season, but one thing held me back. In the first season when they where at the Ammo storage place the nebula seemed to only effect Cylons, so why only that one guy they left behind who turned out to be a Cylon get effected but no one else?
