Mara Jade Skywalker didn’t have to die at the hands of Darth Caedus.
It was a wasted empty death…
Lucas Licensing apparently allowed this disaster to happen and now we should call on them to reverse it. The Sith have the power to bring back the dead and so too then does the Force.
Whether it is Ben or Luke Skywalker or even someone else I don’t care. I just want Mara Jade back.
To that end we here at ShowMeSciFi have started a petition to Bring Back Mara Jade.
Please sign in and together we can be THE FORCE that will bring Mara back.

That’s it, that’s where I draw the line. I was perfectly happy to be civil to you while you were being civil to others. But resorting to ad hominem attacks and calling authors names is too far, and I no longer support this petition at all. Consider me actively acting against it from this point on.
I wasn’t clapping about that part….don’t worry….I’m not that mean….I was clapping about he part that it started talking that Karen Traviss shouldn’t have been the one to kill Mara Jade, it really should’ve been Timothy Zahn, Mara’s creator… I just can’t beleve that set this up the whole time…..
Maybe vikihill96 go too far with the epithet for Karen Traviss. But this don’t change the true that her behaviour is ridiculous. She came with the idea to kill Mara three years ago-what is your opinion for this- great idea, most cleverly thing….i don’t think so. That don’t speak good for un author- when you came in one publishing house with the idea to kill the heroine of other author-and mark my words-“without serious reason”, or you think that in the death of Mara have real sacrifice-for who?-Jacen- don’t be seely , he is totally lost in thw Dark, Ben- scarifice, because he must want to kill Jacen…and he become a Sith, and Jacen and Ben will be one happy Sith family-ha-ha-ha- stupid,stupid, really stupid . I don’t see the meaning in this unnecessary death. Mara is me favourite character in SW Universe and i want her back! Bring her back! And one more thing-look closely the portrait of Mara Jade in the books of Timothy Zanh and many others stories-can you really think that she will act so stupid as she did it in “Sacrifice”. Mara Jade is no stupid woman-and people in Lucasfilm- don’t be stupid too- Bring Mara Jade. She don’t deserve this stupid death-poison darth-aaaaaaa, this is stupid, really stupid. I see here woman jealousy, not real sense-and i hate nonsenses. Bring our Mara back.
I excuse for my first words against Karen Traviss. I ‘ve learned for the death of Mara Jade yesterday, and i was in totall shock of this news. Maybe this is no excuse for my first words, i’m sorry for them. But i was the heroine Mara Jade with all my heart and i was in stress when i read the things i wikipedia. For this Kalira- i’m honestly sorry.
But i must tell all of you- i hold on every other of my words- the death of mara is unnecessary, and Karen Traviss have no moral right to kill her . Such stupid and meaningless death. This is my opinion and i keep on it !!! Bring Mara back!!!

I think we can agree that we all hate her for having the idea to kill mara but flaming her like that is way wrong.
And i also agree with maggie that maras last words

Also with jacens the ability to flow walk back into the past he has
probably already changed history when he took tahiri back to anakins last moments despite what he said about the force not letting changes happen in the timeline
sometimes even the smallest changes can have a drastic impact on the timeline
which also convinces me that we also have not heard the last of Anakin Solo

You are absolutely right bruce- i was wrong,and i regret for my words against Karen Traviss. My purpose was not to flame her with such epithets. I was angry and i’m sorry for my intemperance. I hope that Mara will be back- someday, somehow-i don,t care. I want her back!

I do believe Maras last words was a prophecy
