The Eighth book in this awesome series – Star Wars Legacy of the Force : Revelation is set for a Feb 26, 2008 release.

Unfortunately it’s written by Karen Travis, the author that wrote the worst book in the series Sacrifice and killed Mara Jade Skywalker.

Who is on the cover? Looks like Jacen.
What’s the Revelation? That the Sith suck?? that He killed Mara?? we’ll find out…

And Luke is being a bitch. yea, leaders send others to fight, and even to their deaths. But against a foe like Caedus, One of the strongest, if not the strongest force person alive, Luke should be there to fight him. You didn’t see Mace Windu saying to the other Jedi masters, “I’m going to stay here while you guys go and arrest sidious, the last Dark Lord of the Sith.” Or yoda say to obi-wan, even though sidious is to powerful for you and you will die, I’ll still go after vader and you take sidious.

If Luke does give Jaina a force illusion, why would it be of Luke himself, why not give her one of Allana. Not that she will need an illusion. She is being trained by the Mandos and she’s his twin. As I’ve read in Revelations, Caedus still has that part of his old self deep inside when it comes to Jaina. He still sees her as his, or rather Jacen’s twin. And he only remembers her a certain way. Which is why Boba is trying to teach her to fight differently to think differently, so that Caedus woundn’t have the advantage of anticipating her style. Only if Lord Caedus can truely control his emotions will he be able to fend off the threat from his twin sister. I believe that our new Dark Lord will survive if only to provide more fuel to Ben’s fire and forshadow the boys future as the new: Leader of the Jedi, New Sith Lord, or possible a leader who encompases both ends of the spectrum and ultimatly brings a new found peace to the galaxcy. Ben Skywalker controls his emotions VERY well. But, he will need Caedus to reach these climaxes. There are soo many great possibilities in this last book and the series to come. MAY LORD CAEDUS SOLIDIFY HIS HOLD ON THE GALAXCY!!!!

I hope Invincible is like six hundered pages.

I hope there is no illusion that luke gives to jaina. I wouldn’t like it. The drama would be out of the fight if caedus didn’t know it was jaina. I heard the Invincible is only going to be 300 to 320 pages only. That sucks. Hoped it would be a lot longer. I think the whole Ben thing of becoming a sith apprentice is over. Ben can’t be seduced by Jacen anymore, and won’t listen to anything he would tell him. But I could be wrong. I hope the whole LOTF series was about the start and creation of Darth Caedus, and the next series of books will be Darth Caedus’s rule over the galaxy.

You’re an absolute idiot. Killing Mara Jade makes perfect sense, strategically for Caedus, and for the plot. Karen Travis is a brilliant author, and her use of Boba Fett to add some variation to the series from the other 3 author’s essentially exact same template was a brilliant move.

Perhaps Jacens ascension as a full dark lord of the sith was the whole point of LOTF. It makes sense because now a whole new series can be written about Caedus hunting and killing all the Jedi with the jedi doing all they can to stop him but losing. We will buy up any and all books they write and give them alot of money. All they have done is made an event that they could have done in a Trilogy take ten books and then will sell twenty more books on the killing of Luke Skywalker.

I hope you are right admiral wilhelm. You could look back on the series and think to yourself that this was a great series. You can analyze everything that Jacen/Caedus did and know it wasn’t for nothing. Because I feel if they just kill him off or he loses with nothing, There will be no point of turning him into a Sith. By winning or being “Invincible” in the final book, they can set Caedus up for being one of the greatest Sith Lords ever.

You know, with all that Karen Travis bashing that came about with the death of Mara Jade, it’s good to hear some praise. Balance!! I’m a Mando fan now cause of her. Bloodlines did it. LOL, everytime my buddy and I play online wer’re hollaring ” For Mandolore!!!!” So job well done lady in regard to writing great Mando stories. Anyone reading these blobs or whatever, know that I’m a Caedus fan. With that said, I don’t want to leave Ben out of any equation, even though the next series isn’t even a twinkle in the sky, I believe that certain events have taken place in this series, to forshadow Ben becoming someone very powerful. And also Leia, I’d be interested in her having a role in the destiny of the galaxy, more that a just being the mother of our new Sith Lord. May the force be with Caedus….oh hey! Now that the Jedi are on some asteroide near Hapes, Caedus may have to run into the Queen Mother. How will Allana handle feeling her father in the area? Man….soooo much story to take care of and only one more book. I’ll be needing some closure in this series folks. Let’s hope for more that a puny 300 pages. Remember Unifying Force. 500 some odd pages! Which I put gravy on and devoured…Only started reading star wars books after the L.A. Celebration.

I loved it when they killed off Mara. A lot of people didn’t, but i did. I liked Mara’s character, but it is always good when they kill main characters when it doesn’t hurt the story. When Caedus killed her, it was his ascension to a Sith Lord. You have to make different things happen in novels, not just the same old stuff happening.

Stories are never fun or suspenseful when the good guys always win and they never die.
